At High Performance Rain Treasure LLC, we are committed to ensuring every customer’s shopping experience is satisfactory. Even if your umbrella has been opened and used, you can apply for a return or exchange according to the following terms:
- Return Conditions
You can apply for a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product; The product may have been opened and used, but please keep the umbrella intact and accessories (such as packaging bags, instruction manuals, etc.) as undamaged as possible; For returns due to quality issues or shipping damage, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to product quality or logistics issues;

Please pack the returned goods properly to avoid further damage during transportation;
